Soarian Financials Analyst

Position Title: Cerner Soarian Financials Analyst
Required Experience:
- Previous Soarian Financials support including post activation, testing, and training required
- Experience in healthcare billing, claims, and patient access required
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide Soarian Financials support for post activation including testing, patient access, and training.
- Provide expertise with healthcare billing and claims process workflow.
- Serve as primary contact for day to day maintenance and post activation support.
- Collaborate with Soarian Analysts and project team for post activation support.
- Assist with general system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Report system and application problems in production environment.
- Create and maintain documentation of training materials.
- Prepare written deliverables as defined in project scope.
- Manage resolution of project issues, escalating them to appropriate decision making staff and change control management team.
