Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Account Specialist will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. This position requires strong data entry skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders including our sales channel.

 

Responsibilities

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain client account information.

- Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies or issues within client accounts.

- Onboard new accounts into the system, ensuring all necessary information is collected and accurately entered.

- Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and sales channel partners to address inquiries and provide support on account-related matters.

- Collaborate with the sales channel to assist with account setup, updates, and modifications as needed.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry regulations to provide informed assistance to clients and sales channel partners.

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in account management tasks.

 

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

- Previous experience in data entry, account management, or customer service roles preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software preferred.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
