As a Charter Flight Dispatcher at Zip Aviation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our charter flights. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of flight operations, from planning and scheduling to communication with flight crews and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all flight operations in strict adherence to FAA regulations.
- Prepare flight plans, including route analysis, weather assessments, and fuel calculations.
- Monitor real-time flight progress and provide updates to flight crews and clients.
- Communicate effectively with pilots, ground crews, and clients to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle customer inquiries and bookings, providing exceptional service.
Qualifications:
- FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in flight dispatch or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation safety standards.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in flight planning software and other relevant computer applications.
- Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
