Core duties and responsibilities

  • Loads and unloads trucks
  • Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves, or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department
  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code or packing products
  • Marks materials with identifying information for shipping and/or receiving
  • Cleans and maintain a clean work area
  • Operates within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs)
  • Completes daily logs
  • Responsible for quality control. No damaged product is sent out operating splicing and/or cutting machine
  • Driving a forklift (as directed by the Supervisor or lead, we certify drivers)

Skills and Requirements

  • Punctual and dependable

  • Knows and understand basic Math and English
  • Understand written procedures
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
  • The employee must be respectful of other employees
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
