Job Description

• Ability to lead a team onsite, provide training as needed, strong communication, and attention to detail
• Experience with steel stud &/or stick frame, hang &/or finish drywall with a high level of quality
• Experienced in Acoustical Ceilings, laying grid and install
• Ability to measure / install doors and windows, tub/shower conversions, stairs, etc.
• Exterior repairs, flooring install, paint, trim, etc.
• Complete daily field reports, interpret blueprints

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ Years of Remodel Construction experience
• Available/Willing To Travel Out of State For Construction Projects
• Current valid drivers' license and the ability to operate motor vehicles

Essential Physical & Cognitive Requirements

• Continuous lifting, pulling, pushing of objects
• Ability to individually lift and/or carry 50lbs
• Ability to multi-task, read, write, calculate data have reliable & predictable attendance
