We are looking for a high-performing Finance Manager who wants to join one of the fastest growing, high performance import dealerships in New Jersey

This is an opportunity to get 60-80 turns a month as a Finance Manager in our high-volume import store In combination with the most generous pay plan and spiff program you've probably ever seen

The ideal candidate will have EXTENSIVE Automotive Finance Manager experience, leadership skills, knowledge of upselling F&I products, and clean documentation skills to get deals funded in a reasonable time. If you are a high-performing Finance Manager who feels capped at the income level at your current dealer and want to reach new levels of success, this is your opportunity

We offer one of the most competitive pay plans and spiff programs with the BOTTOM being $250,000 annually with the real ability to make $300,000 Annually for the right high-performing Finance Manager who has a proven track record and experience with this level of volume.

In addition, you will be eligible for full benefits including 401k, and paid time off. We are committed to providing our employees with the tools and resources they need to succeed, including advancement opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with Dealertrack DMS and Darwin for F&I products. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and software systems to provide our customers with the best possible financing options and experience.
