  • Follow customized cleaning checklists for each client, ensuring thorough completion of all tasks and attention to special instructions.
  • Address client preferences and requests with meticulous care, ensuring all services meet Carocleans' quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain professionalism and respect client privacy and property, reinforcing Carocleans' reputation for reliability and trust.
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with Carocleans management and clients, maintaining strong, positive relationships.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality service, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the cleaning industry is a plus but not required.
  • Independent work ethic, with a drive for excellence and attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, lift up to 30 pounds, and manage demanding physical activity.
  • Own transportation for travel to and from client locations within the designated area.
  • Commitment to high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism.
  • Effective communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
  • Willingness to undergo a background check.
  • Weekend availability is a plus.
