Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in software and preferrable experience in telecom to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within our software operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough analysis of software and telecom systems, processes, and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for software and telecom projects.
  3. Work closely with software developers, telecom engineers, and other cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  4. Participate in the design and implementation of software features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements.
  5. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decision-making within the software and telecom domains.
  6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to software operations, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency gains.
  7. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  8. Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users, assisting with troubleshooting, training, and adoption of our iPilot software solution.
  9. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development and telecom infrastructure.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software industry, telecom experience a bonus.
  • Quick learner when it comes to learning cloud based software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), telecom technologies are a bonus (e.g., VoIP, network protocols).
  • Experience with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Clickup).
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
