Maintenance Technician

Kirkpatrick Management Company is seeking a maintenance professional with experience in the upkeep and maintenance of the Grandview Square property.

The maintenance technician is involved with all aspects of the property's maintenance. This includes the physical grounds, custodial, preventive, corrective, and general maintenance.

Technical Skills

· Equipment Maintenance -Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.

· Equipment Selection -Determining the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a job.

· Repairing -General repairs around the condominium units.

· Troubleshooting -Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.

· Coordination -Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.

· Service Orientation -Actively looking for ways to help people.

· Social Perceptiveness -Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.

General Skills

· Good time management

· Good problem-solving skills

· Good organizational skills

· Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment

· Minor plumbing/electrical/HVAC knowledge in common areas

· Snow removal/clearing sidewalks

Essential Job Functions

· Making Repetitive Motions

· Standing

* Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with On-Call
