POSITION SUMMARY

Diono, a leading juvenile products manufacturer based in Seattle, Washington, is looking for an eCommerce Specialist to join our team. This is an in-office position, based in our Ballard office with occasional travel to our Sumner headquarters. Passion, enthusiasm, and forward-thinking are shared amongst our team. We are looking for a tech-savvy eCommerce Specialist with experience using BigCommerce or Shopify. This position will collaborate with the Product Marketing team and our agency partners to ensure our B2C and B2B sites are well-organized with compelling content to attract new visitors, drive sales, and build a loyal customer base. This role is responsible for managing the commercial performance of Diono’s websites, including executing promotions, tracking metrics, and creating a best-in-class UX experience.

SALARY RANGE:

Hourly: $33.65 - $36.00, paid bi-monthly in arrears.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the commercial performance of Diono's B2B and B2C e-commerce platforms in the US, Canada, and Mexico
  • Manage one direct report, Diono’s eCommere Marketing Assistant
  • Optimize social marketplace channels including Facebook and Instagram
  • Track and identify order and shipping trends to amplify revenue and margins
  • Execute promotional campaigns and manage performance metrics
  • Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
  • Provide analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales, new product sell-through, and promotional / coupon code performance
  • Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Analyze website traffic statistics to measure the effectiveness of online campaigns, use data to improve campaign and site performance
  • Working with Diono's website agency to maintain eCommerce platforms, plug-ins, and software.
  • Monitoring search engine rankings and adjusting to ensure that the site is positioned prominently in search results for keywords associated with the business
  • Develop and implement strategies for improving web traffic and conversion rates, and generating leads from website visitors

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, web development, or digital management
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce frameworks including Big Commerce and/or Shopify and associated applications, Facebook/Meta BM, Salsify, and other leading-edge systems
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced working environment.
  • High level of attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a strong customer orientation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders

SUMMARY OF BENEFITS

At Diono we offer our employees a benefit package that includes an HSA or PPO Medical plan, Dental, and Vision, as well as Life and Long-Term Disability insurance and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Available are HSA, FSA medical and dependent care accounts. There is also a 401k plan and match. Benefits are effective the 1st of the month following 30 days from hire date for the employee, dependent coverage is available at the employee expense. We offer a generous PTO accrual of 4 weeks per year and six paid holidays, plus a Diono Day (one personal holiday). Along with generous employee discounts we typically have fresh fruit, coffee, and healthy snacks available in our lunchroom at our Sumner office.

Generally good working conditions with little or no exposure to extremes in noises or temperature. Little or no safety/health hazards. Some lifting or climbing; work performed in an office and warehouse setting.
