  • Operating flatbed trucks to manage distribution and deliveries of goods and services from the warehouse to various assigned designations.
  • Ensuring that cargo is secured properly with straps and other devices to prevent shifting during transport.
  • Providing good customer assistance is important.
  • Communicating with dispatchers regarding load locations and delivery times delayed etc.
  • Performing pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure that all safety and maintenance requirements are met.
  • Tying down the loads to ensure stability and secure the cargo.
  • Transport Hazmat Material in the most safe and secure way for each load.
  • Have the ability to operate a forklift safely.
  • Have a Clean Driving record
  • Have a Hazmat Endorsement
  • Have a Forklift Certification
  • Job Requires On-Call No set Schedule
