We are currently seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate who is fluent in Spanish and holds a valid driver's license to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring efficient handling and distribution of products. If you are detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse areas.
  • Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records of stock levels.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and vendors in both English and Spanish.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both verbal and written) is required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
