Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contact distressed homeowners in our Database via phone calls and text messages to introduce the company.
  • Educate homeowners about the company's services and benefits.
  • Qualify leads as motivated sellers and set up sales appointments for the acquisition team.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and follow ups.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Level of education: High School
  • Experience in using CRM software as well as Excel / Google Sheets
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or call center
  • 2 years of minimum proved experience
  • Sales oriented role
  • Customer effectively
  • Good talking to people
