oe Bland Construction is currently looking for a skilled D4 Dozer Operator to join our esteemed team in Central Texas. As a Bulldozer Operator at Joe Bland Construction, you will be an integral part of our construction projects, utilizing your expertise in heavy equipment operation to contribute to the success of our endeavors.

Responsibilities:
- Operate bulldozers proficiently to move materials, clear and level construction sites, and execute tasks as directed by the site supervisor.
- Collaborate closely with the construction team to ensure efficient and safe operations on-site.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment for optimal performance.
- Work in coordination with other operators and team members on-site to accomplish project objectives within set timelines.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations to uphold a secure work environment consistently.

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in operating bulldozers and other heavy equipment within a construction environment.
- Proficiency with equipment such as Caterpillar bulldozers, graders, dump trucks, and water trucks.
- Possession of commercial driving experience with the ability to transport equipment to different job sites.
- Previous involvement on construction sites showcasing proficiency in site preparation and maintenance.
