Prepare and present change order proposals as necessary to support project adjustments.
Manage comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project-specific forms.
Monitor and analyze job costs by meticulously tracking expenditures and financial data.
Calculate billable costs monthly for each project, ensuring transparency and compliance.
Accurately input data into the accounting system, maintaining integrity and reliability of financial records.
Review contracts thoroughly and assist in the preparation and distribution of subcontracts to support project execution.
Establish and execute strategic goals and plans to effectively prioritize and organize work activities.
Prepare detailed and compelling customer proposals to facilitate project progression and client satisfaction.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or administration, preferably in the construction industry.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to analyze and manipulate data effectively.
Previous experience in a construction-related role, with familiarity in payroll (including certified payroll), accounts payable (A/P), accounts receivable (A/R), billing, credit & collections, etc.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including data analysis and reporting.
Proven ability to manage moderate to high transaction volumes with accuracy and efficiency.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, able to work both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
Comfortable with various technology platforms and eager to learn new technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) is preferred.
