Familiarity with the following helpful: Kaseya, Connectwise, Azure, and basic network administration background with Windows Servers, Windows 365, Active Directory and more.

We look for people with great troubleshooting skills, who enjoy learning every day. Candidates who exercise good judgment, employ common sense and have high attention to detail will have better chance of succeeding. Stable work history and ethics are important.

Must have good communications skills, work well with others, share knowledge, enjoy being a generalist (not just fixing the same problems daily), and enjoy desk and server side.
