Job DescriptionJob Description

The Well Summerland is looking for a Full-Time Gardener to maintain our garden showroom Job includes planting and purchasing a constant flow of flowers, succulents, and more. While landscaping experience is a plus, we are particularly looking for someone who is a hard worker with a positive attitude. To fulfill the duties of this job, you must have some basic horticulture knowledge. In addition to basic pruning and weeding tasks, you may also assist with applying fertilizer and troubleshooting irrigation systems.

Gardener Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plant flowers
  • Apply fertilizer
  • Pull weeds
  • Assist with litter and trash removal

Gardener Requirements and Qualifications

  • Prior gardening or landscaping experience
  • Basic horticulture knowledge is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with irrigation systems
  • Comfortable working outside in various conditions
  • Physical stamina
