We are seeking a Handyman/Contractor to become a part of our team 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with homeowners and team members

Responsibilities:

  • Previous experience in handyman and construction environments 
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Installs/replaces flooring, carpeting, and floor tiles
  • Painting and spackling
  • Demolition
  • Ability to handle physical workload
