Job Description:
As the Home-Based Family Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of dedicated staff providing in-home therapeutic services to families in need. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising the delivery of effective therapeutic interventions, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our clients. This position actively delivers clinical level services to families enrolled in the program.
Home-Based Family Services Program:
Our Home-Based Family Services Program is a cornerstone of our commitment to accessible and effective mental health care. We recognize that families face unique stressors and dynamics that can impact their well-being, and we believe that providing therapy in the home environment can facilitate deeper connections and more meaningful progress. Our program is designed to:
- Promote Family Well-Being: We work collaboratively with families to address a variety of concerns, including communication difficulties, conflict resolution, parenting challenges, and behavioral issues. By providing therapy in the home setting, we aim to strengthen family relationships and enhance overall well-being.
- Tailor Interventions to Individual Needs: Our providers utilize evidence-based practices and personalized treatment approaches to meet the specific needs of each family. We recognize that every family is unique, and we strive to create individualized treatment plans that address the root causes of challenges and promote sustainable solutions.
- Empower Families: We believe in empowering families to build upon their strengths and develop the skills needed to navigate life's challenges effectively. Through therapy sessions, skill-building exercises, and ongoing support, we empower families to take an active role in their own healing and growth.
- Provide Culturally Responsive Care: We are committed to providing culturally responsive services that honor the diverse backgrounds and experiences of our clients. Our providers receive specialized training in cultural competency to ensure that our services are inclusive and respectful of the cultural values and traditions of the families we serve.

Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, or related field.
- Licensed or license-eligible as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or Psychologist.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including supervision of staff.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions for families.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to cultural competency and providing culturally responsive services.
