Job Purpose

To provide superior customer service whilst supporting our courier drivers in order to help facilitate the on-time delivery of all items to our customers using all resources available.

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm

Responsibilities

• Answers phones, routing calls, and inputting orders
• Fields customer emails—inputting orders, responding to or routing emails
• Provides logistical and operational support to contractors
• Delivers excellent customer service to all internal and external customers
• Communicates to scheduled service customers who have backup drivers assigned to routes
• Completes regularly scheduled reports as needed

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a time-critical environment
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise
• High attention to detail
• Capacity to make decisions in a high stress environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands multiple times throughout the day
• Thrives in fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
