Nuestro cliente, CPM Builders, es un contratista general establecido en Florida.  Como parte de su crecimiento, estamos buscando un Handyman que contribuya al equipo de trabajo y nuestros proyectos. 


Responsabilidades:


  • Operar de manera segura herramientas manuales, así como equipos de construcción.
  • Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo del proyecto, incluidos los subcontratistas y otros miembros del equipo para garantizar una comunicación y coordinación fluidas en el lugar de construcción, asegurando que el trabajo se complete a tiempo y forma brindando apoyo técnico al equipo de gestión del proyecto.
  • Mantener el lugar de construcción limpio y organizado, desechando residuos, escombros y otros materiales.
  • Ayudar en la manipulación, transporte y almacenamiento de materiales y equipos de construcción.
  • Identificar posibles problemas y asegurarse de que se aborden antes de que comience el trabajo. 
  • Ser adaptable y dispuesto a asumir diversas tareas según sea necesario para respaldar al equipo de construcción.
  • Asegurar que el trabajo se complete con altos estándares de calidad.
  • Coordinar los recursos del proyecto, incluyendo los materiales y el equipo.
  • Coordinar con subcontratistas y proveedores para garantizar que los materiales y equipos estén disponibles cuando se necesiten.
  • Asegurarse de que todo el trabajo se complete cumpliendo con las regulaciones de seguridad.


Requerimientos y cualificaciones:

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en construcción o gestión de propiedades, con enfoque en proyectos comerciales y/o residenciales interiores.
  • Experiencia comprobada como Handyman en la industria de la construcción y/o gestión de propiedades.
    • Capacidad para trabajar con: drywall, carpintería, plomería, electricidad, pisos, puertas, instalación de herrajes de puertas y tareas generales de construcción.
    • Conocimiento sólido de herramientas manuales y eléctricas.
    • Comprensión sólida de los métodos y materiales de construcción.
  • Dominio del idioma español.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y gestionar proyectos fuera de Florida - Preferido.
  • Capacidad para leer e interpretar planos de proyecto, preferido.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales, con la capacidad de trabajar eficazmente con un equipo diverso de profesionales.
