Your Role as a Recruiting Supervisor:

You will be responsible for full life cycle recruiting and building a team as business increases.  

The Recruiter Supervisor is responsible for the overall performance of the recruitment team. You are also responsible for the identification, qualification, matching, advising, and managing of candidates.  The Recruiter builds solid, profitable and professional relationships with internal team, candidates through the delivery of exceptional customer service characterized by mutual respect, understanding, and trust.

Summary of Requirements:

·       A Bachelor’s Degree or related experience preferred

·       Per Diem Recruiting experience – 1 year minimum Preferred

·       Strong competitive drive to be the best

·       Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented

·       Strong networking and relationship building skills

·       Strong background conducting internet research using, tools

·       Proficient with Microsoft Office and ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Position Summary:

  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified Per Diem candidates through various recruiting tools.
  • Hire, Train and Manage Team Members to meet department goals
  • Coach Team Members on all aspects of recruitment, including effective communications, candidate control, and pay package negotiation.
  • Implement sales tactics, scripts, and pitches to attract candidates and maximize conversions
  • Build pipelines of candidates for future placements.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with Per Diem candidates.
  • Strong motivation to achieve results and meet daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly goals.
  • Identify and assess Per Diem candidate strengths, needs and wants and match with current opportunities.
  • Educate Per Diem candidates on compensation & Benefits package options and articulate the personal and professional benefits of a travel career.
  • Outline wage rates, per diem and other terms and conditions of employment and gain commitment from Per Diem candidates for current and future job requirements.
