We are looking to expand our team, with a dynamic team leader This position will be coordinating, developing, implementing, and collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure customer issue understanding and improvement implementation.

 

As a Quality & Technical Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products throughout the development and manufacturing processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective quality control measures and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Product introduction and marketing support for new customers and new products
  • Certification, technical support and follow up on any issues when new customers or new products are launched
  • Monitoring and implement improvement activities for product quality issues and customer complaints
  • Cooperation and communication with R&D Team in Headquarter
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize quality costs.
  • Monitor and analyze customer complaints and develop action plans to address identified issues.
  • Work closely with the QA and service team to ensure quality assurance is incorporated into all aspects of manufacturing and service delivery.
  • Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to established standards and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments and suppliers to develop and implement cross-functional quality improvement initiatives.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Lead supplier factory inspections and part analysis to identify quality issues and drive improvements.
  • Analyze product failures, collaborate with suppliers to develop, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address identified quality issues (internal and external).
  • Investigate and identify specific instance of customer complaints and work to identify root causes as Quality & Technical engineer.
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics and KPIs to track progress and drive continuous improvement.
  • Communicate technical issues effectively with internal teams, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare accurate and timely Production Part Approval Processes (PPAPs) for customers and review supplier PPAPs.
  • Conduct quality audits of supplier operating systems as needed.
  • Provide technical support and training to engineering and manufacturing personnel.
  • Participate in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and feasibility review meetings.
  • Support and participate in internal audit activities.
  • Manage the Material Review Board (MRB) hold area.
  • Adhere to all plant and office safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, or 1-2 years' experience in a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a manufacturing quality role.
  • Strong understanding of PPAP requirements.
  • Proficiency in quality analysis tools such as 8D and PFMEA.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
