Picking Associate - Fletcher - 1st & 2nd Shift - Up to $20.35/hr.

PrideStaff is currently looking for a Picking Associate for 1st and 2nd Shift for a manufacturing company located in Fletcher.  This is a great opportunity to get on board with a company that you can grow with.

Job Summary: Pulls, picks and stacks goods into their correct containers, preparing them for shipment using various equipment. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate PIT Order Picker
  • Understand the operating system used in the department
  • Pick parts to fill customer orders.
  • Inspect parts for damage.
  • Package parts.
  • Sort parts to each lane/area that is printed on label.
  • Keep assigned work area clean.
  • Troubleshoot for inventory errors
  • Replenish supplies on assigned PIT/pick cart
  • Assist others to complete assigned work on time.
  • The teammate will also perform other duties, as assigned. 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar position
  • Experience with the workflow for the department.
  • Experience operating PIT Order Selecting equipment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift operation experience or certification

Hours of Work:  M-F,  7:00 am to 3:30 pm
