Our organization is seeking a highly-skilled, analytical, and strategic Payroll Manager to join our leadership team. The Payroll Manager will play a vital role in influencing company strategy, driving performance, and ensuring the financial integrity of the organization.

Must be able to work in the office daily, located in Arvada, CO. REP has a fun, collaborative, supportive team culture and our office is personalized, modern, convenient and comfortable. 

This permanent position is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Payroll professional with a strong financial background, a track record of effective leadership, and a proven ability to navigate financial matters.

• Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Supervisory and leadership skills.
• Proficient Quickbooks 
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. 
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, financial modeling, cash management, and internal controls a plus
• Strong knowledge of contract/vendor management compliance 
• Experience working with Payroll services
• Experience regarding employee benefits, such as retirement plans, health insurance, and other benefits.

Duties:

• Directs the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
• Supervise and train 3 accounting and payroll professionals.
• A/P and A/R functions
• Report directly to CEO and COO 
• Oversees Accounting department, budget preparation, and audit functions.
• Plans, coordinates, and prepares for year-end audits, reports, and filings.
• Assist with benefits administration, local and federal compliances
• Complete vendor credentials, and compliance registries 
• Organize and manage payroll process with Payroll service
