Our well-established downtown Des Moines client is seeking multiple Customer Care Specialists to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis. If you have previous customer experience, strong MS knowledge, and are eager to learn, apply today

Responsibilities:

  • Answer roughly 40-50 calls from customers and transfer accordingly
  • Enter data into company-specific system
  • Distribute emails to appropriate team members
  • Input information from email into the system
  • Communicate with the internal team as needed

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • 1 year of call center experience or professional office experience
  • Strong sense of urgency
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

Work Model:

  • Hybrid
  • Standard weekly shifts are (3) 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM CT; (1) 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CT; (1) 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM CT
