Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings, classrooms, conferences events, etc as assigned.
  • Transport discharging guests to discharge location
  • Transport and deliver supplies between Crisis facilities
  • Responsible Strip, clean, buff and apply floor sealer and floor finish to hard surfaces, vacuum and shampoo carpets as assigned by supervisor.
  • Responsible Wash walls and equipment, use ladders when required in work assignments, as assigned by supervisor.
  • Responsible to follow instructions regarding the use of chemical supplies. Use as directed.
  • Responsible to move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis as assigned by supervisor.
  • Wash accessible interior and exterior windows. Clean blinds.
  • Assist with inventory control.
  • Safely operate all vehicles and other job related equipment.
  • Notify supervisor of needed supplies when necessary.
  • As assigned by supervisor, operates a light motor vehicle, such as a passenger car, pick-up, van or light truck, picking up and delivering such items as passengers, mail, smart parts/equipment or other cargo/materials.
  • As assigned by supervisor, makes minor adjustments and emergency repairs; keeps vehicle clean and serviceable.
  • As assigned by supervisor, checks all fluid levels and tire air pressure as appropriate.
  • Responsible for ongoing maintenance and duties as assigned by clinic Assistant Director
  • All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Competencies Required:

  • Possession and maintenance of a valid Oklahoma Driver’s license
  • Core competencies in relation to individuals with co-occurring disorders.
  • Physical ability to perform duties as identified and assigned by supervisor.
  • Ability to communicate needs to others.
  • Ability to independently perform job duties as assigned without supervisor assistance.
  • Knowledge of the techniques of safe vehicle operation and of traffic laws and regulations.
  • General skills in operating light vehicles and vans, lifting or handling of cargo.
