Job DescriptionJob Description

Summary: Responsible for organizing and coordinating purchase orders, invoices, and their corresponding project budgets. Working with our Operational Financial team, IT Asset team, and project owners to assist in overseeing the daily management and processing of invoices for the Data and Digital department. This includes aiding in the creation and tracking of contracts and monitoring channels related to the projects. Working with stakeholders and vendors to prepare invoices to ensure they correspond to their contract and budgets. Working to adjust and calculate any budgetary splits as it relates to capital and expense. Getting approvals and submitting invoices for processing.
Education/Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Experience/Minimum Requirements
3 years relatable experience
Significant expertise in dealing with third-party contracts
