Job DescriptionJob Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and designing digital files for production. This person will work closely with the Art & Prepress Team Lead and the production team to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and adjust digital files for print production using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
  • Ensure that all files are set up correctly for printing, including color accuracy, image resolution, and proper sizing.
  • Review and troubleshoot incoming customer files to ensure they meet printing requirements.
  • Submit rough layouts for project approval.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure all printing projects are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintain and organize digital files and job specifications.
  • Develop and maintain image library files.
  • Coordinate with outside agencies and services as needed.
  • Assist with other tasks in the production area as needed.gh layouts for project approval.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro).
  • Strong understanding of prepress and print production processes, including cutting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle graphic projects from start to finish.
  • Minimum two years of experience.
