Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry/Mid-Level Construction Estimator. As an estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare accurate and competitive bids for construction projects. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
- Conduct material take-offs and quantity surveys to determine the materials, labor, and equipment required for projects.
- Analyze project requirements, scopes of work, and schedules to develop accurate cost estimates.
- Utilize estimating software and tools to prepare comprehensive and competitive bid proposals.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and suppliers to gather necessary information for estimating purposes.
- Research and evaluate supplier bids to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of project budgets, cost tracking, and value engineering analyses.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and related documentation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and construction estimating software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in estimating tasks.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in construction estimating and project management.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Internship or work experience in construction estimating or related field.
- Familiarity with construction industry standards, practices, and codes.
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and cost trends.
- Experience with project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project).
