Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking an Erosion Control Foreman to join our team You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers. Hydro Turf Inc. is a reclamation company that has been serving Colorado for over 26 years

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
  • Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
  • Landscape and Irrigation Plans knowledge
  • Communication with inspectors, engineers, owner reps and vendors
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
  • Knowledge of tools and equipment
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bilingual is a plus)
  • Drivers License and ability to drive with a trailer is required (Clean Driving Record)

Experience:

  • Erosion Control 
  • Landscape Construction
  • Operating Equipment ( skid steers, excavators, tractors, trenchers, hydroseeders) 
  • CDL
