Job DescriptionJob Description

Our office is looking for a Dental Assistant to join our team.  Our team has fun, motivated in an encouraging environment We are excited to welcome a new addition to our dental office. 

What we are looking for:

  • Must have current CPR
  • Experience with Eagle Soft a plus not required
  • Capability providing support to patients, doctor, and working with our team.
  • Someone who, enjoys patient care and is self-motivated
  • Knowledge and understanding of dental terminology. 
  • Knowledge of OSHA/HIPPA requirements
  • Someone who enjoys interacting with patients and puts their needs first. 
  • Someone who is willing to learn and grow

 Dental Assistant:

  • Setting up treatment rooms
  • Sterilizing instruments
  • Taking digital radiographs, 
  • Reviewing patient's medical/dental history
  • Documenting clinical notes for approval by the provider
  • Assisting the provider during appointments 
  • Taking impressions
  • Polishing and presenting OHI for pediatric patients
  • Keeping inventory of supplies and restocking treatment rooms
  • Staying on top of equipment maintenance and safety protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week (1 1/2 day Friday during the school year)
