Pay: $25.24 per hour (plus benefits)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with possible overtime on Saturday
Contract Duration: 3 months

Company Overview:
We are dedicated to maintaining high-quality standards and operational efficiency, and we are looking for a skilled Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Technician to be a vital part of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all building structures, machines, and equipment are well-maintained and in safe working condition through proactive preventive maintenance planning.
  • Implement scheduled maintenance work and improvement projects promptly to minimize operational downtime and productivity loss.
  • Support the installation of new equipment and cranes as needed.
  • Conduct repairs and planned preventative maintenance on all existing machines, jigs, and fixtures throughout the production area to uphold capability and repeatability.
  • Respond to machinery breakdowns swiftly and log all production issues for future reference.
  • Assist with the receipt and coordination of materials and equipment on-site.
  • Operate forklifts as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience.
  • Working experience and technical knowledge in the maintenance of processes, equipment, fittings, jigs, and fixtures is essential.
  • Familiarity with machine shop equipment within a manufacturing support function related to jigs and tools, and all other production equipment.
  • Trade Certification in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance is desirable.
  • Ability to walk around and diagnose machines for issues, focusing on preventive maintenance planning.
  • Proficient in consulting manufacturers' manuals to establish effective maintenance plans for equipment.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Experience with mills, lathes, OKUMA machines, HAAS machines, boilers, hydrotesting, and cranes.
  • Ability to set up and configure new machines efficiently.

Pre-employment Requirements:

  • Background Verification: Basic
  • Drug Screening: 10-panel UA plus MVR
