Job Summary

1. L-P_Const is focused on Residential Remodel; Commercial Finishing and Deck Building in the Colorado Springs, CO area.
2. Constructs, erects, and installs structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, steel, and wallboard.

General Accountabilities;

1. Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean work environment.
2. Measures and marks cutting lines on materials and shapes and cuts materials to specified measurements, using hand tools, machines, and/or power saws.
3. Installs structures or fixtures, such as windows, doors, frames, and deck materials using carpenters' hand and/or power tools.
4. *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

Job Qualifications;

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent
2. Experience: Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience

Skills; at a minimum

2. Installs structures or fixtures, such as windows, doors, frames, and deck materials using carpenters' hand and/or power tools.
