Warehouse Packer/Shipper

The position pays $20/hour with performance bonus every quarter. Upon being hired, there is a 90 day probation, then you are eligible for a potential pay raise, quarterly performance bonus, individual health insurance, 8 paid holidays, 2 weeks fixed paid vacation, and 5 paid sick days.

Position Overview: As a Warehouse Packer/Shipper, you will undergo training to accurately pull, pack, and ship orders in a timely manner. As well as restocking pick bins and shelves. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced work environment, is detail-oriented, and quick with their hands. The successful candidate will work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth operations and uphold our high standards of efficiency. We take pride in excellence.

The job is about 10,000 steps a day, occasional heavy box lifting (nothing over 50 lbs), and requires being on your feet almost all day.

Typical day is 8 hours: Mon - Fri

8am – 12pm is reserved for order pulling, packing, and shipping.

12pm – 1pm is lunch.

1pm – 5pm is typically for receiving, restocking, and light assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in completing day-to-day shipping activities, including managing incoming and outgoing shipments, and restocking shelves.

· Conduct occasional inventory audits to ensure accuracy and minimize discrepancies.

· Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and maximize productivity.

· Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

· Address any shipping or receiving-related issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in warehouse management is a plus.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and UPS Worldship software is a plus.

· Familiarity with keyboard typing and 10-key.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

· Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

· Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

· Previous experience in order pulling/packing, shipping, receiving, or warehousing roles is preferred but not required.

· Must be dedicated, reliable, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
