Ducklings ELC, Downingtown West is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated educators to join our expanding childcare program We have openings for the following positions:

  • Assistant Teacher
  • Floater
Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with schedules running Monday through Friday.

Position Requirements:

Assistant Teacher

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of childcare experience
  • Enrollment in an ECE, CDA, OCDEL, or SAPC Certification Program, or completion of 6 college credits in ECE
Floater

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of childcare experience
Compensation & Schedule:

Assistant Teacher

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM
  • Pay: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour (based on education and experience)
Floater

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  • Pay: $16.50 to $17.50 per hour (based on education and experience)
We also offer a free CDA Program within our company to support your professional growth

Ideal Candidates Will:

  • Be eager to learn and develop new skills to enhance young children's growth.
  • Demonstrate a team-player attitude with a caring and nurturing approach.
  • Assist the lead teacher with daily activities, classroom management, and ensuring children's engagement and well-being.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
