Working with the growing operations in a licensed Cannabis cultivation facility.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary Duties

  • Monitor All Sensors through Software

  • Maintain a crop steering program through dry backs

  • Adjust and maintain all sensors

  • Do a thorough daily inspection of all grow rooms

  • Adjust and monitor watering schedules

  • Give suggestions on pruning and plant care needs

  • Adjust Nutrient Levels Based on Needs

  • Adjust Climate Conditions when needed

  • Identify and report any malfunctioning equipment

  • Check and Adjust all cube water saturation levels

  • Manage IPM Program

Secondary Duties

  • Assist Manger in entire grow operation

  • Conduct room turnover procedures

  • Pruning

  • Spraying Pesticide and installing beneficial insects

  • General Cleaning

  • Any other task needed to ensure a healthy harvest
