Vertically Aligned Dental is a local small group of Pediatric Dental and Orthodontic offices located in North Tampa, Clearwater, Pasco and Hernando counties. Our offices are located primarily in the North, Northwest and Western parts of the Tampa area. Our mission is simple: to deliver an excellent customer experience to all our patients and their families and provide honest, conservative dentistry at all our offices. We have a tight-knit team of doctors that provide the following services at our offices: Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, and Oral Surgery. We work hard to ensure that every child’s experience at our offices’ is comfortable, positive and fun.

We are actively seeking an Orthodontist to join our growing team. Experience is welcome, but newly graduating residents are welcome to apply as well. If you love working with kids then you’ll love our practices (they make up 80% or more of our orthodontic patient base ). All of our offices are fee-for- service and PPO insurance based, with no state paid Medicaid plans accepted. Orthodontists working in our practices’ have full autonomy to focus on providing outstanding clinical care while letting the office staff manage all non-clinical aspects of running and growing a practice.

This opportunity includes:

• Aggressive compensation package (Daily rate $1000 -$1500, depending on experience)

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school

• Valid Florida dental license

• Completed an accredited orthodontic residency program

• Current CPR certification

• Passion for working with children and creating a comfortable, positive dental experience

• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities
