Concrete Bilingual Dispatcher
Raleigh, NC 
Full-time

Responsibilities:

1. Receive and process incoming orders for concrete delivery accurately and efficiently.
2. Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of concrete to various job sites.
3. Maintain communication with customers to provide updates on delivery schedules and any potential delays.
4. Schedule and dispatch trucks according to job requirements, taking into account factors such as distance, traffic, and equipment availability.
5. Monitor and track the status of deliveries, resolving any issues or discrepancies as they arise.
6. Collaborate with sales and production teams to optimize delivery routes and maximize efficiency.
7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all dispatch operations.
8. Keep detailed records of orders, deliveries, and customer interactions for documentation and future reference.
9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
10. Assist in other administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of the dispatch office.

Requirements:

1. Bilingual 
2. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in logistics or a related field is a plus.
3. Proven experience in dispatching, preferably in the construction or transportation industry.
4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
6. Proficiency in using dispatch software and other relevant computer applications.
7. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
8. Knowledge of geographical areas and routes to facilitate efficient dispatching.
9. Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and record-keeping.
10. Commitment to upholding safety standards and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
