At Feldman, Kramer & Monaco, we're seeking a dedicated attorney to handle a rapidly growing caseload with a strong presence in the NYC Metropolitan Area and occasional cases in upstate counties. What You’ll Do

 
  • Provide expert legal advice to injured individuals, protecting their rights and identifying potential cases
  • Conduct client intakes, both in-office and off-site, to assess cases thoroughly
  • Investigate accidents, gather evidence, and interview witnesses to build strong cases
  • Prepare cases for pre-litigation settlement and strategize to maximize case value
  • Negotiate with adjusters and defense attorneys to achieve favorable outcomes
  • Draft legal documents and represent clients in court proceedings, including motions, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
What You Bring
  • Minimum 7 years' experience as a practicing personal injury attorney
  • Trial experience is essential
  • Juris Doctor Degree with admission to the New York State Bar; Federal Bar admission is advantageous
  • Client-focused with strong customer service orientation
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Proficient in analysis and negotiation
  • Willingness to travel within the New York Metropolitan Area and occasionally to upstate counties
  • Commitment to client confidentiality and computer literacy
