Are you an abstractor looking for a new direct hire role? Keep reading Palmer Group has partnered with this reputable client to fill the Senior Abstractor position. As the Senior Abstractor, you will be responsible for Ag, Land, commercial, and real estate abstracting. If you have a least 5 years of experience, apply now to be considered

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Ag, Land, commercial, and real estate abstracting
  • Complete search and exam for abstract products to include but not limited to, new abstracts, abstract continuations, finals, and certified reports
  • Conclude search and exam for abstract products
  • Review completed abstract products for accuracy
  • Compile documents from archives and convert them into a scanned image
  • Perform courthouse duties as necessary
  • Answer client questions as appropriate
  • Assist in the maintenance of the title plant records as necessary

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Abstractor experience, less if a Certified Land Title Professional
  • Root Extract experience is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Must be able to organize and prioritize tasks to maximize productive results
  • Ability to meet deadlines and perform tasks in a timely manner

Work Model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 4:30 or 5:00 PM, can take either a 30-minute or 60-minute lunch
