We are currently looking for a motivated and organized Case Coordinator to join our growing team. No prior legal experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training and support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage case files and maintain documents up-to-date.
• Assist attorneys in case preparation for trials, hearings, and mediations.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and court dates.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
• Collaborate with legal staff on case strategy and documentation.
• Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant information.
• Support the legal team in administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma/GED required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software.
