We are a dynamic and innovative healthcare company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through remote patient monitoring and chronic care management. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team.
We are seeking a Medical Assistant to play a vital role in our remote patient monitoring and chronic care management team. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting vital signs, communicating with patients and healthcare providers, and contributing to the development of personalized care plans. Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and oxygen saturation
- Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to gather information and provide updates
- Assist in the development of personalized care plans and patient education
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required
- 1-2 years of experience in medical assisting, preferably in remote patient monitoring or chronic care management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and technology
