$3000 Sign On Bonus.

REPORTS TO: Manufacturing Manager

BASIC FUNCTION

Builds, test and packs parts to ensure the quality of product meets customer expectations.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Builds and test parts with the aid of hand tool and automatic equipment.

2. Follows Operator Instructions for machine operation and inspection of parts to ensure compliance with ATS quality standards and customer expectations, including final inspection of all parts to ensure that they are 100% completed.

3. Documents all required Quality and Machine Downtime data during the manufacturing of parts.

4. Packs products in containers as required for proper shipping, including ensuring labels have correct customer part number.

5. Performs additional duties necessary for the support of the production builds, including housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment.

6. Follows safe handling practices to prevent damage to raw materials, components, final products, and production personnel.

7. Performs scrap and rework operations within manufacturing when directed.

8. Notifies the Quality Assurance department when problems in need of corrective action are observed.

9. Reports equipment malfunctions immediately to the Manufacturing Manager.

10 Has Authority to stop processing parts when the quality of parts do not meet requirements.

2. Performs additional duties and assignments that may be required by management from time to time.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

1. Knowledge of quality procedures pertaining to the manufacturing operation.

2. Ability to perform physical labor requiring hand-eye coordination.

3. Understanding of production processes and parts.

4. Ability to use hand tools.

5. Must be able to work various shifts and/or overtime to meet business requirements.
