Interstate Registration Processor

We are looking for an Interstate Registration Processor - International Registration Plan to join our team We are looking for individuals who are highly motivated and committed in providing exceptional customer service.

Under the direction of the Manager, the Registration Processor will verify documentation submitted by customers and determine if documentation satisfies the IRP requirements. Access the departments IRP database, to process and inform customers with the status of their IRP accounts and the requirements to resolve pending applications. Initiate correspondence with the customer if documentation submitted does not meet policy and procedures. Answer calls from the public and other agencies related to IRP.

Responsibilities:

• Contacting and follow-up with customers and partners to ensure a timely renewal process
• Periodically reporting on progress of current contract renewals
• Preparing renewal quotes for current contracts
• Managing customer requests

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
