Private homeowners in a large, luxury home, are seeking a trustworthy, strong and flexible individual to handle a wide variety of responsibilities within their residence and on their sprawling property. Many tasks are involved with their pets (dogs and cats) along with other outside animals. In addition, cleaning is a major focus of this role (mopping, vacuuming, cleaning garage, walkways, basement, blowing leaves, deep cleaning, etc.). Please do not apply if you are unable to do heavy lifting (i.e. outdoor furniture, pet food, garage equipment, etc.). A detailed list of responsibilities will be shared with qualified candidates. There are other household staff members; so we are searching for someone who is a team player with a flexible attitude to assist wherever help is needed.

Anticipated schedule is 7:30am-3:30pm, 4 days/week (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday). Five-day week (to include Thursdays) will be considered for ideal candidate. Some holidays (double time pay) and additional hours will be required.

$30-$35/hr. plus benefit package.
