Sr. Paralegal Assistant position - working with Personal Injury cases available in the Edison, NJ market.

$70K - $85K annual salary

Flexible schedule start time, 8am, 8:30am, or 9am

40 hours per week

Paid overtime for 40+ hours worked in a week

Direct HIre position - you will be an employee of the Firm from day 1

10 years' of experience working as a Paralegal with Personal Injury cases (Medical Malpractice is a plus) is required, or experience working in a Personal Injury Firm in NYC with Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice cases will be considered.

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Seeking a candidate with at least 10 years' of experience working as a Paralegal with Personal Injury cases (Medical Malpractice cases a plus)
  • In this role you will be the Paralegal Assistant to one of the Managing Partners
  • Candidate must be STELLAR
  • Self-starter and versatile
  • Experience working wtih Trial Lawyers on the Plaintiffs side
  • Needles Legal Software experience is a plus but not required
  • Proficient wrking with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Organized, detail oriented
  • Outstanding verbal and written communicaiton skills
