About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wellness Coach to join our team at Glades Plaza. As a Wellness Coach, you will be responsible for providing on-site wellness services to our clients. Your main goal will be to help our clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized coaching and support. You will work closely with our clients to develop customized wellness plans that address their unique needs and goals. Your success in this role will be measured by the positive impact you have on our clients' health and well-being.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as health and wellness, nutrition, or exercise science preferred
  • Certification as a wellness coach or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to clients to help them achieve their health and wellness goals
  • Develop customized wellness plans for clients based on their unique needs and goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and wellness plans

Skills:

As a Wellness Coach, you will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and help them achieve their health and wellness goals. You will also use your knowledge of health and wellness to develop customized wellness plans for clients. Your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential to your success in this role.
