Gerber Paragon Cutter

We are looking for a Gerber Paragon Cutter 

This position is for a machine operator who has experience using a Gerber machine. The position is for a long-standing fast-growing manufacturer.  

Monday - Friday 7 am - 5 pm and occasional Saturdays from 7 am - 12 pm. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating the automated cutting system and producing covers for upholstered furniture.
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized area.
• Must be able to lead and have a strong personality.
• The machine must always run.

Essential Functions: 

• Ability to read and interpret production tickets.
• Ability to determine cutting procedures for different types of fabrics.
• Ability to measure repeats of fabric and determine cutting direction.
• Ability to accurately label cut pieces and bundle.
