About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Director of IT that will provide strategic technology leadership in delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions. The role will drive long term value developing and executing a roadmap to deliver and maintain platforms like HubSpot (CRM), Visual ERP (and generally Tier 3 ERP systems), OneStream, a QMS system, and Power BI while driving tenant standardization and full suite security measures across Vantedge Medical. Project management, detail orientation, and driving accountability both internally and externally (consultants) is a key requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and tactical leadership for planning, development, delivery and coordination of information services and initiatives ensuring they are aligned to the business' strategic imperatives.
- Develops and ensures a secure and efficient operation of our enterprise applications, infrastructures, operational technology, and communications systems.
- Directly lead a team of 6 IT professionals and ensure accountability for a secure IT environment, delivering high quality service to our teams, and executing projects on time, in full, and on quality.
- Lead, manage, and motivate cross-functional teams to successfully deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
- Develop talent, workforce planning, succession planning and career development for the department.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Ensure our information security and compliance posture, activities, and practices are robust within the organization.
- Lead the company IT budget and program portfolio.

Job Requirements / Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strategic thinker with strong tactical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate a matrixed environment effectively and build cross functional relationships
- Ability to translate technical terminology into terms understandable to management,customers, and employees.
